Credit Card Verification with Hostimed Team

Credit Card Verification is not always required but our Automated Fraud Management Systems can sometimes raise flags after certain payments and you may be required to verify the ownership of the Credit Card used for the transaction. The best way to do so is  by emailing us a snap of your Credit Card with all digits hidden except last 4 digits. You can do so by following the steps below.
 

Step 1. Take a sticky note or a normal paper and fold it to form a strip of the width of about half an inch

 

Step 2. Place your Credit Card on a flat surface and place the paper strip over it such that it covers all the digits except last 4 digits of your credit card. Alternatively, you can also use your finger to hide the Numbers.

Make sure that your the Name on the Card is clearly visible. Please refer the pictures below.

   

 

Step 3. Click a photo of your Credit card from a smart phone or a digital camera and share us over billing Ticket from your registered email ID along with a picture/scan of your Government ID Proof and wait for a confirmation email from one of our support representatives.

This is a one-time process and you won’t be required to do this again if you transact from the same Credit card.
