What is a Parked Domain?

A parked domain points to a new domain name having the same directory that your primary account points to.

How to setup a parked domain?

If you are registered your domain with someone besides Your Hosting, make sure that the name servers are pointing to DNS server that is sent on your welcome email. In your DomainRacer.com cPanel, select 'Parked Domains' under the 'Domain' menu and enter the domain name you wish to park in the 'Create a New Parked Domain' form.

Following are simple steps to park a Domain:

  • Login to your domain cPanel with login credentials.
  • Select Aliases from the “Site Management”.

  • Create a new Alias. E.g. user.com and click on Add Domain button. It will show successfully created the Alias. Click on Go Back.

  • Click on Manage Redirection to park a domain.

  • Put domain name to redirect this current domain. And hit on Save. It will show confirmation message.

  • Now your domain is parked.
